Fall Haiku

November snow flies
Bradford pear tree stands his ground
Flings his leaves away

Cold wind comes early
Freezes my ears at daybreak
Whispers sweet nothings

Full moon hides in clouds
Autumn evenings slap my face
Fall nights lack humor

Snow turns back to rain
A taste of things yet to come
Winter sneaks closer
